So why not? Any health guarantee Ive seen is not worth anything.
Life and death happen. Sad to have death involved. I do my best to get you the healthiest puppy I can!
What is a health guarantee? A health guarantee is for after you take puppy home. And something terrible happens to your puppy. and you want a refund or a new puppy.
They are almost impossible to reclaim. Here has been my experience.....
A health guarantee from other breeders is an impossible list of hoops you jump through. As hard as it is in life to know if something is going to happen to your new friend, other breeders try to make you feel better by offering a health guarantee.
If your puppy gets sick, you have to have prove that it happened before you brought it home. you have to get it in to a vet 24-48 hrs with in getting it home. With this check up you have to have you puppy check by a vet and the vet has to catch that it might have a problem.
You can only feed your puppy certain food brands or you void your contract.
If for any reason your puppy gets sick and dies you have to get an autopsy done. To prove your puppy didn't eat something in your home.
With just mentioning these few rules, I am not sure anyone would want to try to get another puppy. I would just be heart broken. and would want to get an autopsy done after buying a puppy.
These are some of the contracts I've seen.
The other breeders make it impossible to either get your money back or replace your puppy.
So here is my health guarantee....
​​I WILL DO ALL I CAN TO MAKE SURE YOUR PUPPY COMES TO YOU HAPPY AND HEALTHY! By making sure the parents are healthy. Have their 1st vet visit, shots and dewormed. beyond that it is impossible to know what has happened to your puppy. I am willing to visit with you if there is a problem with your puppy. I am willing to visit and see what can be done.

I also offer a 1 time in home training. For your puppy and you if needed. This is restricted to 50 miles from my home. I will consider a longer travel if gas is provided.
Of course I reserve my right to move it to a park or other venue if needed.
